Medical review policy

How clinical content is reviewed, by whom, and against which sources.

Who reviews what

Physician-level medical claims are reviewed by Dr. Jonathan Snipes, MD (NPI 1821250077). Clinical-workflow and patient-care content is reviewed by Kim Callender, NP (FNP-BC, NPI 1144661760). Evidence synthesis is led by Dr. Parmis, medical researcher. Since October 15, 2026 every page carries an author block naming the researcher and both medical reviewers, with the date of the last medical review, and the same two reviewers appear in the reviewedBy property of the page’s structured data. The change is logged as COR-004.

Source standard

Clinical claims are sourced to FDA labeling, primary clinical trials, and recognized guidelines — never to competitor blogs. See source standards.

Review cadence

Clinical pages are reviewed every 90–180 days and immediately after material FDA action.

How the dates on this page work. Manufacturer self-pay prices were re-read on 15 October 2026: NovoCare’s Wegovy page and Lilly’s Zepbound savings page. Foundayo prices are carried from LillyDirect pages archived 25 September 2026, because lilly.com blocked automated reads. Figures captured from telehealth provider websites carry the date we read that provider’s page, which may be earlier; where it is, the row or a dated notice says so. We do not restamp a figure we have not re-read.
